This is a large fully air conditioned room with extra high ceiling.
The floor is specially constructed and covered with low impact mat flooring to reduce the risk of injury.
Ceiling contains glazed windows making the overall appearance light and a pleasure to train in.
It is full kitted out with a large selection of Punch Bags, Kick Bags, Floor to Ceiling Balls, and Wooden Dummies.
